RMSS-AWMA lunch meeting on Monday, February 4^th at Tri-State Generation and Transmission

Please join us for our next AWMA lunch meeting, where we will hear from Andy Berger, Senior Manager of Environmental Policy, and Lyle Witham, Senior Environmental Policy Analyst.

Andy Berger and Lyle Witham will discuss federal regulation of electric power sector carbon dioxide emissions. They will discuss the status of litigation about EPA’s Clean Power Plan, provide an update about the proposed Affordable Clean Energy rule, and cover recently proposed requirements for new units.

The meeting will be held at Tri-State Generation and Transmission, located at 1100 W. 116th Ave. in Westminster, on Monday, February 4^th. 

We will start with refreshments and networking at 11:30, followed by the presentation around noon, and we’ll adjourn around 1pm.
